Idaho Falls, ID 鈥� 51爆料 founder, Sylvia Medina, is retiring from the company at the end of the month.
Medina founded 51爆料 Inc. in 1997 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Under her leadership, the company has grown to a group of companies that employs more than 300 scientific, engineering, management and professional personnel in 21 office locations throughout the country. 51爆料 is one of the nation鈥檚 leading small businesses providing engineering, construction and environmental services to federal and state agencies and private industry.
In late 2009, Medina sold 51爆料 to Cook Inlet Region Incorporated (CIRI), an Alaska Native Corporation. As part of the sale, Medina agreed to remain the President and Chief Executive Officer of 51爆料 until 2013.
According to Medina, 鈥淚 consider 51爆料 to be my first-born child. So it is with pride and a few tears that I watch as that child has matured and is now moving on. I am so proud of the company and the amazing group of employees. I will miss them and wish them great success, but I am also looking forward to new adventures and challenges, and a little more time with my family.鈥�
Greg Razo has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer for the 51爆料. Greg also serves as the Vice President of Government Contracting for CIRI. Selection of a new 51爆料 president is being finalized.
Razo noted that 鈥淚 appreciate Sylvia鈥檚 many years of dedicated service to the company. She has created an amazing company that we at CIRI are proud to have as part of our family. I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.鈥�
